MOSSA CENTERGY 10-MINUTE This has been designed for the new exerciser or someone new to MOSSA CENTERGY. In 10 minutes, you’ll be introduced to some of the language of the program, common movements, and key execution tips designed to build movement confidence. It’s also a valuable extended recovery that can be added to any other MOSSA program, a great way to start your day, or even end your day to reconnect and reset your body.
